Consolido, Latin for "Support", explains perfectly the purpose of our business - to support SMEs of all sizes with tailored services to aid in their growth and development, whether that be via a short-term, focussed project or a long-term, ongoing relationship.  The purpose of Consolido Limited is to help you to grow your business by providing your company with the knowledge and experience of staff who have worked in senior roles at a broad range of companies, across various industry sectors, around the world.

We also provide a range of consultancy and advisory services, deploying specially devised tools and techniques to assess your business.  We can help you identify and mitigate your company's risk exposure and advise on next steps.

Meet the CEO 

Ian Rotsey MA (Oxon), BFP, FCA

Founder and CEO
Ian Rotsey is the Founder and CEO of Consolido Limited.  Ian has had extensive experience in a wide variety of businesses both in the UK and overseas during his career and his vision now is to bring this experience and expertise to SMEs of all sizes to help guide them in their growth.

Ian is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales with an MA from Keble College, Oxford.  He also holds the Business Finance Professional accreditation from the ICAEW.  He is an accredited business advisor with the ibd Group business advice network and a Council Member of Gerson Lehrman Group.  He trained in audit and worked on audits for a wide range of business sizes and sectors in the UK before moving into the Financial Services sector to audit for KPMG in the Cayman Islands.  Working on the audits of hedge funds from late 2008 until early 2013 at the height of the financial crisis provided great challenge and experience which Ian then took into a career as a CFO and Company Secretary of various businesses and groups both in Cayman and the UK, including a stint with Sainsbury's.

Ian now devotes his time to using the experiences he has gained during his career to provide invaluable support to business owners and managers.  Away from work, Ian is a family man with a wife and young son.  He enjoys playing competitive sport and spending time with his family.

Consolido is a registered and regulated ICAEW Member Firm and a member of the ICAEW Practice Assurance Scheme.  The ICAEW (Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales) is the leading regulatory body for Chartered Accountants in the UK and one of the top regulatory bodies in the world.  They are regularly consulted by government during financial policy development and provide a world-leading level of oversight on Consolido's activities giving Consolido's customers and clients maximum comfort when engaging our firm.  This includes support and oversight on areas such as money laundering and anti-bribery efforts.
